Terms of Use

These terms cover the TalentVibe pre-launch waitlist only. The full marketplace terms governing bookings, payments, cancellations, and disputes will be published when TalentVibe launches, and you'll be asked to agree to them before booking.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and TalentVibe Inc. ("TalentVibe", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of our website and pre-launch waitlist at talentvibe.io. By joining the waitlist or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What TalentVibe is

TalentVibe is building a platform that connects local talent (musicians, DJs, dancers, hosts, speakers, and other performers) with the clients who book them. The platform is not yet live. Today the site lets you join a waitlist to be notified when we launch in your city. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, a booking, or any guarantee of access.

2. Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in your province or territory of residence (18 or 19 in Canada) to join the waitlist. By joining, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are signing up on your own behalf.

3. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It does not guarantee that TalentVibe will launch in your area, or the timing of any launch.
We may contact you about the launch and related updates, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time.
We may close, change, or restart the waitlist at our discretion.

4. Your information

How we collect, use, and protect the information you submit is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it.

5. Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

submit false, misleading, or someone else's information;
use the site for spam, abuse, or any unlawful purpose;
attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
scrape, copy, or harvest content or data except as permitted by law.

6. Intellectual property

The TalentVibe name, logo, wordmark, and the design, text, and graphics of this site are owned by TalentVibe Inc. and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

7. The site is provided "as is"

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during this pre-launch period. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and features may change or be withdrawn at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalentVibe Inc. and its founders, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect is identified by the effective date and version number above. Material changes will be reflected here, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
